Our investor qualification process is very simple, but we adhere to it strictly. In order to work with us you must have capital, and you must be willing to provide proof of funds. You must also have real estate investing experience; or prior note investing experience; or proven investing experience in a field that makes some sense in relationship to the note buying process like high-level stock trading. In other words you have to have money and you have to know what you are doing. We are only interested in working with mid-to-high level net worth investors that have the ability to execute. This does not mean that you have to understand the process of note investing. We provide services that will help you through the process including preparation training, asset selection and evaluation, and due-diligence efforts. Sometimes evaluation and due-diligence are performed through our 3rd-party affiliates, depending primarily on preferred geographic locations for acquisitions.
In the event you qualify, and you also choose to work with us, we will then proceed with the pre-registration application and consultation process where we will prepare you to become introduced to our "excellent sources", and obtain immediate access to what most investors can only dream of finding.We provide Introduction to Note Investing for those that are not yet experienced in this specific niche category. We then layout how the purchase-process works, and what you will need to expect when engaging with our resources. Out of these consultations we work with you to formulate your investment strategies so you are completely prepared when we introduce you to our sources and know what kind of profit scenarios to expect and how to execute with each source.
Based on your risk tolerance and investment strategies we will also cover and pre-formulate your preferred exit strategies, so you are fully prepared and documented prior to being exposed to our resources.

Should we qualify well with each other and choose to proceed, we expect something great in return. The first is that we require a pre-registration and application fee. This fee is not publicly published. All you have to do is call us and we will tell you what the fee is. The fee is non-negotiable, and non-refundable, except under a single circumstance. There are other ways we make money in the process with you.Our goal is not to make money on the upfront fee. We simply do this because we value our time, and no matter how well we qualify people there is always that one really good liar that tries to use us to get at our resources with "no intention" of working with us in the deals we expose them too. Where we make our real money is in two areas, and it is our choice together to work out how to motivate our firm the best to help you make money, thereby making us more money as well. How we profit is simple: we can benefit with commissions when you make the acquisitions, and of course in the disposition with your exit strategies. What we prefer to do is have a limited percentage of ownership on the disposition so that our motivations for profits are exactly in line with our investors.
