Requires Payment Only in Cash, Cashier's Check, or Wire Transfer 

Instructs You Not to Contact Your Lender, Lawyer, Accountant, Housing Counselor, Family, or Friends

Promises to Stop the Foreclosure, No Matter the Circumstances, or Without Knowing Full Situation 

Asks for Mortgage Payments to be Made Directly to Him / Her Rather than Your Lender

Advises You to Sign a Deed or Title over to ANYONE without Being in a Legal Escrow  

Offers to Fill out Paperwork for You, or Rushes You when Signing Paperwork [Any Document]

Asks for something to be done Immediately without Sufficient Time to Decide [High Pressure]

Encourages You to Lease Your House and Buy it Back over Time 

Offers to Buy Your House for a Fixed Price that does not Match the Current Market

Asks for You to Give a Power of Attorney  

Asks for Signatures on a Document with Blank Spaces or Fails to Provide Copies of Signed Documents
