PROTAC (proteolysis targeting chimeras) 是一类异双功能分子。PROTAC分子由三部分构成,一端是结合需要降解的靶蛋白配体分子,另一端为结合E3泛素化连接酶的配体分子,中间则由特定的Linker连接器相连接。
